Our mission at Ontario Minor Medical is to provide an alternative to the current medical model. Because we do not bill insurances, we are able to offer our services at a reduced cost of only $75.00 for a visit plus any testing/supplies. The savings we obtain on supplies or testing is passed directly on to you. Payment is expected in full at the time of service. Patient Exam/Visit

Our basic office visit with physical exam is just $75.00. Schedule an appointment with our experienced provider to assess your needs and develop a treatment plan to get you back on the road to health.

Sports and student Physicals

We offer student athlete and work permit physicals at just $40.00. Call us today to book a convenient time or to find out more.

Lab Tests and Screenings

We offer lab testing at drastically reduced prices and are also able to draw tests ordered by your primary care physician. If you need a test that is not listed, just ask!
